Event Description

From Naqab Cave into the heart of Wadi Koob – a thrilling in-and-out hike through towering canyon walls, ledge walks, and raw desert beauty.

Get ready for an unforgettable adventure through one of the UAE’s most dramatic wadis. We’ll begin the hike at Naqab Cave, one of the area’s most well-known natural landmarks, before continuing deep into Wadi Koob.

From the cave, the trail follows the wadi floor (riverbed), winding between towering canyon walls and striking rock formations shaped by time and water. The first half of the hike delivers a real sense of thrill, with exposed ledge walks and deep, crystal-clear wadi pools (season dependent) that we carefully navigate around.

This is a same-way-in, same-way-out route, allowing you to experience the landscape from new angles on the return journey – just as scenic and rewarding as the way in. Perfect for those who enjoy raw nature, physical challenge, and immersive mountain terrain, this hike offers a balanced mix of adventure, movement, and awe-inspiring surroundings.
