Mount Kenya is the 2nd highest mountain in the African continent. Being the highest mountain in Kenya, this peak offers spectacular views, unique vegetation and abundance of wildlife along the trail. Some say this mountain is far more beautiful than Kilimanjaro. And that’s what our guide also believes.

This event is organized by AFT Mountain Adventures licensed by RAK Tourism and UAE government.
Climb with Faisi, the founder of AFT Adventures. Faisi have successfully reached the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro seven times since 2016 and also holds the record for climbing Mount Meru, the second highest peak in Tanzania under 8 hours (11 hours 53 minutes up and down). Faisi has summited Mount Kenya 3 times, and once under 16hours, from the gate to summit and back.

1. Our goal here is not money making. Instead we create challenges for ourselves and invite others to join along. You won’t be hiring guides with us, you’re making new friends.

2. We as mountaineers and certified fitness trainers will prepare you for this challenge
• Physical preparation: complete training plan and fitness classes from the time you register to the time you summit.
• Mental Training: We create and participate in different challenges prior to the climb.
• Hiking: We hike throughout the year. Winter or Summer, Adventures is not a seasonal thing with team AFT.

You just have to promise your commitment and we promise to do everything in order to get you up there.
3. We are there to guide you through gear preparation on a personal level.
4. Having climbed the mountain multiple times, we know what needs to be done.
5. Our guides from UAE will not hand you over to the outsourced companies but they will climb the mountain with you. You’ll also be worry less about your extra activities such as safari arrangements, pick up/drop off to airport or gear rental etc.

We want our participants to safely summit the mountain with a maximum success rate. So far we have close to 100% success rate at Mount Kenya.

Sirimon Route. This route gives you some of most scenic views and chance to see some amazing wildlife, unique vegetation and beautiful waterfalls.

We would take 4 days on this trail with a relaxed pace and better opportunity to acclimatise.
