May 23, 2026
Event Time:
4:00 PM
Event Description
A team of backpackers starting at approximately 600 meters above sea level, with cooler air and soft golden light setting the tone for the ascent. The trail follows the winding trails of Jebel Jais highlands, offering sweeping views over the west coast and leading toward the final campsite after an approximately 3-hour ascent.
Participants are required to carry all necessary backpacking gear for the overnight stay at our designated campsite. No car transport option to carry your backpack.
Once we reach the campsite, we will set up tents and settle in by the bonfire. The team will prepare a BBQ dinner, followed by a cozy evening of food, conversations, and time under the stars.
In the morning, you can wake up a bit earlier to enjoy the soft sunrise light over the mountains.
For early risers, there is also an option to hike up to a nearby viewpoint and watch the first light of day unfold over the Hajar mountain range – a quiet and rewarding moment above the clouds.
This adventure is suitable for anyone with above-average fitness and also experience the incredible opportunity to camp on Jebel Jais highlands and wake up with the one of the most beautiful panoramic views.
This adventure is open for INTERMEDIATE 6/10 Level hikers ONLY.
Attendees must be able to carry ~up to 10 kg pack for the duration of the event.
NOT suitable for kids or any first-time joiners.
