DURATION: 3 days, 3 nights
– Departure: Evening, Thursday, June 5
– Return: Sunday, June 8
– Flexible participation: Join or leave on any day if you have your own transport (price will be the same)

Day 1 – June 05: Thursday
– After work departure from UAE
– Drive to Jebel Akhtar (~ 6 hours)
– Set up camp and enjoy the mountain breeze
– Group dinner along the way.

Day 2 – June 06: Friday
– Breakfast at camp
– Explore the terraced farms and hike through traditional villages
– Explore the falaj irrigation system and some water pools
– Return to camp for dinner (BBQ) and overnight stay

Day 3 – June 07: Saturday
– Breakfast at roadside cafe
– Hike to the abandoned village
– Explore natural water pools
– Return to camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4 – June 08: Sunday
– Breakfast on the road side cafe
– Morning hike to the Hidden Cascade pools, swimming
– Pack up and drive back to UAE
– Arrival in UAE by late evening.

We’ve got you covered with everything you need for an epic outdoor adventure. All what you need for camp (tents, sleeping bags and mat) delivered at campsite for a night under the stars.

1. UAE participants: AED 1,000 (including transportation)
Price for passengers that need a ride.
2. 4×4 ride owners: AED 800
Price for 4×4 owners that can accommodate minimum two passengers.
3. Family/Friends: AED 800 per person
Group of 3 or more, joining with their own transport. This fee applies to driver and passengers.

If you would like to rent camping gear, we offer the following options:
– Tent + Sleep Kit (sleeping bag + sleeping mat) for rent: +50 AED
(Even if you need only tent or sleeping bag), price will be same.

While booking your spot, you can easily add any additional items to your order for payment.

4X4 cars are required to join this adventure.

Carpooling is organized between the paid participants. A WhatsApp group will be created 2 days before event for confirmed participants where you’ll be able to find a ride partner.

To make this event economical and to have company on this long drive, we encourage everyone to carpool. Ideally 3 or 4 people per car.

Booking deadline:
June 01 (Sunday).
Booking is only confirmed upon receiving the payment. Meetup auto-confirmation does not guarantee your spot on this event.
A WhatsApp group will be formed once the event is closed and only confirmed/paid members will receive further updates.

Refund policy:
A full refund is offered if the event is canceled or rescheduled by the organizers.
No refund if a participant decides to cancel their participation or fails to join the event for any reason.
