A nearly 7 km trail leads to stunning Gulf of Oman views. On clear days, enjoy golden morning light over the sea; if lucky, witness low clouds dancing above the water. Perfect for early risers chasing unforgettable vistas.
BEGINNERS 3/10 level hike is suitable physically fit Beginner hikers. Beginners and first timers may also join this hike if they have would like to push their limits to learn the benefits of hiking as well as about UAE’s flora & fauna. You must be active in sports and do occasional hikes.
Suitable for kids above 8 years too. Attendees must be able to carry up to 5kg pack for the duration of the event.
Al Rabi tower trail is located in Khor Fakkan on the eastern coast of UAE. The drive distance to start point of our hike is around 1.5 hours from Dubai.

ELEVATION GAIN : +/-400m
TERRAIN: A mix of off-road track, well laid hiking trail, and some rocky slopes. No technical or exposed sections.

– Hiking poles (recommended)
Any car can reach the hike start point. 4×4 are NOT mandatory.
Carpooling is organized among confirmed participants via a WhatsApp group. While we do our best to help you find a ride, carpooling availability cannot be guaranteed. If you are unable to find a carpool partner, the full cost of the hike will be refunded.
WhatsApp group will be created 24-36 hours before event for confirmed participants where you might be able to find a ride partner.
