This is one of the challenging hiking trails in the UAE that is great for those with good fitness, endurance and hiking experience.
Starting at the Wadi below Jebel Yibir, we head up to reach the abandoned farmlands and then continue our way up to reach the summit. This not so famous but highly rewarding trail is a must do for hiking enthusiasts and those training for bigger challenges. The summit is one of the only few places in UAE where you can see both, east and the west coast.

INTERMEDIATE PLUS 7/10 level hike is ONLY for most regular hikers of AFT that have been training with us over the past years, those with extensive local hiking experience, and those who have complete hiking kit, including hiking-specific boots, backpack with waist, shoulder, and chest straps. The attendees must be able to carry up to 8kg pack for the duration of the event.
NOT suitable for any first-time joiners.

This hike is located in the Emirate of Fujairah. Drive time from Dubai to hike start point is 1 hour & 40 minutes.
30 minutes from Taween-Fujairah meeting point.
