Join us for a Flagraising Hike to celebrate the UAE National Day in a unique and unforgettable way! This hike will take us to a scenic mountain summit near Musili Ras al Khaimah, where we will proudly raise the UAE flag, symbolizing unity, strength, and national pride.

As we trek through breathtaking landscapes, we’ll reflect on the nation’s journey, achievements, and the beauty of the land we all call home.
This will be an early morning to afternoon hike, about an hour drive distance away from Dubai, where we will enjoy the beautiful views overlooking the farms & layers of the Hajar Mountains.
The chain of lower mountains create perfect backdrop for photography lovers.

This special 🇦🇪 National Day hike is suitable for regular hikers, those with local hiking experience, and those who have a complete hiking kit, including hiking-specific boots, hydration bladder, backpack. The attendees must be able to carry up to 8kg pack for the duration of the event.

NOT suitable for kids below 12 years or anyone scared of walking on loose rocks.

Little over an hour drive from Dubai. On the way to the town of Fili, Musili hike is a signature trail only lead by Team AFT.

Any car can reach the hike start point. 4×4 cars or SUVs are NOT mandatory.

Carpooling is organized between the paid participants. A WhatsApp group will be created for confirmed participants where you’ll be able to find a ride partner.
