Hike starts at the base of Jebel Jais in Ras Al-Khaimah and follows up to a mountain village of Musaibat. We also aim to reach the summit of Shahha Peak at 1,200 meters. Our trail will then take us down into the beautiful hidden Oasis completing a loop to return back to the start point.. In this route you’ll cover two of the most scenic trails in a single hike.

INTERMEDIATE PLUS 7/10 level hike is ONLY for most regular hikers of AFT that have been training with us over the past years, those with extensive local hiking experience, and those who have complete hiking kit, including hiking-specific boots, backpack with waist, shoulder, and chest straps. The attendees must be able to carry up to 8kg pack for the duration of the event.
NOT suitable for any first-time joiners.

This hike is located in the Emirate of Ras al Khaimah. Drive time from Dubai to the hike start point is 1hour & 30 minutes.

Any car can reach the hike start point. 4X4s are not required.
Carpooling is organized between the paid participants. A WhatsApp group will be created for confirmed participants where you’ll be able to find a ride partner.
